Norma Gent, Watercolour artist in Derbyshire
I was born at No. 5, Greenhill Lane, Riddings, Derbyshire, with a pencil and brush in my hand.
From an early age at school everyone noticed my ability in Art.
After many years, working for other people and then being made redundant, it was my time to follow my dream, and with a lot of hard work, I now have a Studio in Alfreton. I also, give three classes per week, and three workshops a year, plus private lessons in my studio.
My paintings are now world wide, due to my subject matter being so versatile. I use water colours, colour washes, ink and pencil, with all of my work being original.
